Jon Paul is our Operations Director responsible for both the delivery of our customer solutions and our own internal projects. He brings with him 20 years of Programme and project management expertise and has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in the energy, logistics, automotive, electronics, insurance and investment banking sectors.

Jon Paul started his career in the public sector before joining CMG as a business consultant. He has successfully delivered a large number of strategic projects for companies such as Exel, Canon UK, BMW and UBS. Jon Paul also manages our in-house Project Management Practice, which is underpinned by the Prince II project management methodology.
